 胃癌是生活中最常见也是最恶性的肿瘤之一，在我国，发病率居各类肿瘤的首位。早期胃癌多无症状或仅有轻微症状。当临床症状明显时，病变已属晚期。因此，想要避免疾病的侵害，就要了解胃癌的征兆，做好提前预防。

一：乏力、消瘦及贫血，这是另一组常见而又不特异的胃癌症状。病人常常因食欲减退，消化道失血而出现疲乏软弱等表现。

二：上腹部疼痛，此为胃癌最常见的症状。开始为间歇性的隐隐作痛，常常诊断为胃炎或溃疡病等。

三：上腹部不适，多为饱胀感或烧灼感。可以暂时缓解，反复出现。

四：食欲减退、嗳气等消化不良症状，表现为食后饱胀感并主动限制饮食，常常伴有反复嗳气。

五：黑便或大便潜血阳性，如果在没有进食血豆腐，吃铋剂等药物的情况下出现了大便发黑，就应尽早来医院检查。
